SIZING

What if I bought the wrong size?

Please note we are not able to offer returns or exchanges due to wrong size or general personal preferences. This is why we strongly recommend using the sizing chart in the description of each product page!

 

PAYMENT

What methods of payment do you offer?

We accept debit cards, most major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We also accept bank transfers, PayNow, and PayLah. After checking out your order, you may make the payment to our account as shown below:

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes—we ship to most countries around the world. 

 

How much is shipping?

In Singapore Dollars -

  • Singapore: $2 - $10 (Express delivery and self-collect options available.)
  • Malaysia: $7 - $10
  • Indonesia: $10 - $15
  • Worldwide: $20

    Calculated cost depends on item weight. 

    Additional costs may be incurred for multiple pieces.

     

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Singapore

    • Doorstep Delivery: 1-3 business days
    • Registered Mail: 2-3 business days
    • Normal Mail: 2-3 business days
    • Private Courier: Within 24 hours
    • Self-Collect: By appointment only. Enquire within for same-day collection.

    Worldwide

    • Malaysia shipping times: Usually 1-2 weeks
    • Indonesia shipping times: Usually 2-3 weeks
    • Worldwide shipping times: Can vary between 1-5 weeks. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

    Self-Collect Details (Singapore)

    Please WhatsApp 8826 6286 to set up an appointment. Also, kindly inform us if you will be delayed or would like to reschedule.

     

    Wrong Address—If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

    Unclaimed Package—Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

    We relinquish responsibility of all packages once they are handed to the shipping carrier. Delivery of the final product is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. 

     

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

    Do you offer returns or exchanges?

    We do NOT offer returns or exchanges on purchases due to personal preferences, invalid shipping address, or incorrect order details. Please ensure shipping address & product details are accurate before purchase.

    If your product is received with a defect or the wrong item/size was sent, please email us at salam@almoulke.com or WhatsApp us at (+65) 8826 6286 and we will gladly sort it out! Any claims must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.
